2021/2022 WRSA Parent Survey

Please complete the survey for this year’s team, including your contact info, student T-Shirt information and volunteering. You will need to know your students ID # and shirt size.

We need you! Please consider sharing your special talents and volunteer for one of these roles:

• Dine and Donate Coordinator 1 hour per month, schedule restaurants
• Hospitality Volunteer 1-2 hours per month, help the team with travel/food
• Social Media Coordinator 20-30 min. every 2 weeks, post to FaceBook/Twitter/IG\
• Newsletter Coordinator 1-3 hours per month, curate newsletter content
• Special Event Planning Help organize an outing, trivia night, other events

Ask us about more opportunities to help out in low-time, low-commitment roles. If you want to volunteer for larger roles, ask us and we will be glad to discuss them.
