2026 Miss Maker Workshop Registration
Miss Maker Workshop Registration open now!
WildStang Robotics Program is excited to announce the return of one of our most popular events. Miss Maker Workshop is a half-day event designed to introduce girls, ages 9 to 13, to Science, Engineering, and Math, through hands-on activities.

Throughout the workshop, participants will explore the exciting world of engineering through three hands-on projects designed to spark creativity, encourage problem-solving, and introduce the fundamentals of Mechanical, Software, and Electrical Engineering.
In Mechanical Engineering, students will put their creativity and problem-solving skills to work as they design and build structures using marshmallows and pasta, exploring the principles of load transfer and structural stability. During the Software session, students will bring their ideas to life through Arduino programming, writing code that makes LEDs light up and buzzers sound while discovering how software controls electronic devices. In Electrical Engineering, students will get hands-on with batteries, LEDs, and switches as they build circuits, explore the flow of electricity, and discover how electrical components work together.
Each activity is designed to encourage creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork while introducing students to fundamental engineering concepts in a fun and interactive environment.
This year’s events will be held on November 7th and November 14th from 1:00 to 4:00pm at Forest View Education Center, 2121 S Goebbert Rd. Arlington Heights IL . Space will be limited to 30 girls each day. So complete your registration today. Spaces will fill up fast!!
